IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

Hello, friends! I trust you are prepared for a God-blessed 2007. It is going to be a great year!

I’m writing with some exciting news that is very relevant to you our friends and ministry supporters. Kerry and I are entering a season of ministerial transition and will need your most intense intercessory prayer, friendship and financial support.

Rev. Thomas Trask, General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God, has asked me to serve as the national Royal Rangers director here at home. For the last 10 weeks we have prayed about this offer and believe it is in God’s heart and plan for our lives and ministry. This tremendous opportunity positions us to impact America and the nations of the world.

As I assume direction of the U.S. national ministry, Kerry and I will retain our missionary appointment with AGWM and remain active in overseas ministry. I will continue to lead Royal Rangers International (RRI) until a new director is named. This will take between 6 – 18 months. During this period and beyond, Kerry and I ask you to remain active in your financial support of our international ministry. This will insure that no opportunities to reach the lost overseas are missed and that all that we have accomplished around the world will be preserved and strengthened. What is more, since our salary will now come from the General Council, 100% of your giving will support ministry initiatives.

This new year brings great ministry opportunities for RRI. We believe the leaders that assemble in Kenya at the Africa Royal Rangers Summit will return to their nations and launch the ministry. We expect an explosion of growth across that continent and want you to be part of it. We will minister to 4000 campers at the EuroCamp in Norway. We also anticipate many Asian nations will start Royal Rangers after the World Pentecostal Fellowship gathering in Indonesia. This is just a sampling of the great things yet to come in Royal Rangers around the world.

Rest assured we will continue our regular web updates and newsletters to keep you informed. You are important to us and our partnership through the years has meant so much. Thank you for believing in us and our ministry. We know that God has great things in store through our partnership as we “determine the destiny of nations.”
